We had our fencers in action today at the Leon Paul BRC Cadet Summer Sabre. Well done to Klaudia Lewandowska who took a Bronze Medal and Isabel Wong close behind in 5th position!

British Open Info in Sheffield at the EIS for our Senior and U20/Cadet Fencers. Also U14 events for our younger fencers who want to participate. Enter by 25 May for reduced entry fee rate. 🤺🤺🤺

Thanks to Team SVSC Coaches and Helpers Peter Wright, Jenna Bray, Max Saunders, Charlie Rowelle and Joanna Rowelle.

Well done to Silver Medallists Oliver Mason, Irina Sklara and Gabriel Machin. Also making the podium with Bronze medal finishes in their age groups were Euan Rhodes, Romeo Beaumont and Evie Stickles!

Team SVSC are having a busy weekend of fencing action. Yesterday we had SVSC Coach and Fencer Lynn Williams competing for Great Britain at the European Veterans Fencing Championships in Cognac, France 🤺🇬🇧🇫🇷🤺

Lynn was competing in the Grand Veterans Women’s Sabre category where the team took a Bronze Medal! Well done everyone.

Our youth squad is now in action today with Team SVSC coaches Peter Wright, Jenna Bray and Max Saunders and en route to the Stratford-Upon/Avon LPJS!

A great 3 days in Sheffield for the 2026 British Youth Championships. Thanks to British Fencing, Referees and Volunteers for a well organised event.

Well done to all of Team SVSC who took part in the Sabre events. Congratulations to our finalists including Charles Rowelle (U18 Boys), Gabriel Machin (U12 Boys) and Klaudia Lewandowska (U16 Girls).

Today finished with a Bronze Medal for Isabel Wong in the U14 Girls! 🤺🤺🤺🤺

We’ve also had our junior fencers in action down in Cornwall. Thanks to Truro Fencing Club for hosting a LPJS tournament and congratulations to Romeo Beaumont who took Silver in the Boys U14 Sabre!

To bring the Easter holiday period to a close we’ve had a busy week of fencing action after our Camp last week. First up in Liege, Belgium was SVSC Fencer Lynn Williams who took Bronze in the V3 Women’s Sabre at the EVF Circuit event!

Entries for the 2026 British Youth Championships (BYCs) are reopening to qualified and RQE non-qualified fencers on 8th April at 1pm.

The new entry deadline is Monday 13th April, 12pm.
