There’s a new coach in the house!

Introducing Harvey…

After studying at college for the past 2 years, he’s achieved his Level 2 Fitness Instructing and Level 3 Coaching qualifications, and is now working towards his Level 3 PT.

Alongside coaching, he competes in Muay Thai at a semi-professional level across the UK and also has a big passion for running!

At just 19 years old, he’s already built great experience both competing and coaching- and we’re excited to have him as part of the team over here at Forge.
