In June 2014 the club achieved its 'Charter Standard' and still retains this standard today, of which, the club takes great pride in. Club Ethos;

The club a
ims to achieve this by the following;
- FA Safeguarding workshops (updates every 3 years)
- As a minimum all football coaching must be awarded F.A level 1 qualification
- All coaches, volunteers must be FA CRC checked.
- Assigned qualified 'Children's Welfare Officer' (Phil Blackford)
- All coaches are qualified FA Emergency First Aid trained (updated every 3 Years) Volunteers encouraged to qualify too.
- FA RESPECT to be upheld at all times (in line with FA directives), recognition, commitment, raising standards, respect and equality for all involved. It is a fantastic family club, that holds fun training sessions for both boys and girls (during the football season) on the Litcham secondary sports field situated on Mileham road, Litcham, Norfolk PE32 2NR. The next football season Sept 2017/2018 the club will be running an
- Under 16's team (manager & coach Phil Blackford) Saturday 10-11.30am
- Under 13's team (manager & coach Ben Ellis) Saturday 10-11.30am
- Under 11's team (manager & coach New Kirby) Thursday Eve 6-7pm
- Under 7's team (manager & coach Steve Pope) Wed Eve 6-7pm
FEES - 2017/18 remain the same;
£15 per player - Team Membership to be paid in full by the 31st August 2017, membership covers insurance & equipment (our membership cost is one of the lowest in this area)
Training Fee - £2.00 per session, fees cover pitch hire for the season. Match Fees - U16 £1.50 fees to cover referee costs. Pre-season training starts 5th August 2017 (notices will be posted)
KITS;
A kit will be assigned to each player when they join the team. Kits should be cleaned after each game and only be used for official club business. Players must wear shin pads and football boots at all times. Parents should ensure that players have transport to and from matches. At the end of any game or training sessions players should inform their managers that they are leaving and with whom (safeguarding). There will always be two adults present at any training session or game. please note that coaches WILL NOT provide transport for individual children (safeguarding). CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PLAYERS AND PARENTS - FA RESPECT
Players and parents will uphold the good name of the club at all times. This includes behaving in an orderly manner, taking care of all the equipment and showing respect to all the match officials, coaches, managers and players. In line with FA directives the club will not tolerate BAD LANGUAGE, RACISM or BULLYING of any kind from players or parents. Misconduct will result in a verbal warning followed by a written warning. Continued or serious misconduct will result in exclusion form the squad. In the case of wilful damage the cost of the repair or replacement will be sought. To avoid accidents and injury no jewellery should be worn when training or playing in matches. Chewing gum is also not permitted. SHIN PADS MUST BE WORN. While we welcome support and encouragement, parents are requested not to coach their child during matches as this can lead to confusion on the pitch. Spectators should stay away form the goals and well back form the touchline in accordance with league rules. The club has a committee which meets regularly and always welcome new members;
