Guys I’m so sorry but I’ve had a really strange cardiac episode and I’m on aspirin and advised not to do exercise until investigations of what’s caused it. I personally just feel I’m exhausted from the move etc. So unfortunately I’m cancelling tonight (even though there’s a defibrillator outside!)
I will of course move all bookings over to next week.
Apologies again but I need to be sensible for once!

Thank you to all that joined in clubbercise at relay for life this morning! It was extremely hot!!!
So on that note I think I’m going to cancel tomorrows session due to the heat and the fact it’s bank holiday and most will be out for the day.
Hope you don’t mind. If anyone is already booked on I’ll of course move you over.
