Evening lovely mummies and little ones.
It looks like it's a 50/50 shout of rain for tomorrow so bring your buggy waterproofs! Can't wait to see you all. Love starting my week with a Mummyfit class.
For new mums thinking of joining us, please be reassured classes are purposeful yet relaxed. If you need to tend to your little one then adaptations are always planned for.
Come and have a chat with like minded mums, get some fresh air and start your week with a positive step.

Good evening lovely Caradon Mummyfit followers.
So Mummyfit classes are back on following a Bank Holiday break. Are you a mumma with a little one in a buggy/pram who wants to get out in the fresh air and exercise without having to organise childcare?!
Mummyfit may be the answer! We meet at the bottom car park at Lux Park in front if the tennis courts at 9:30 on Mondays. The class consists of power walking with stops for upper and lower body toning exercises along with abdominal and pelvic floor work.

Afternoon lovely mummies. I hope you have all enjoyed the sun over the weekend.
I'm afraid that there will be no class tomorrow as I have had some car trouble over the weekend and need to try and get it sorted! Fingers crossed normal service will resume next week. 🤞🙂

Happy New Year lovely Mummyfitters!

I hope you all had a lovely festive break.

Mummyfit classes start back this Monday. I don't know about you, as much as I love a break I also love getting back into routine.

So looking forward to starting my week power walking, toning, chatting and enjoying my self with you lovely lot.

See you at 9:30am at Lux Park bottom car park on Monday 10th! Anyone new that is coming along just comment on this post or message me.
