Core Fit is a workout for your entire body.

You'll develop better balance, gain strength, and improve your cardio. Week by week you'll be able to feel and see your progress. You'll walk away from each class feeling more confident and amazed at what your body is able to do. Weds 6-7pm

Kettlercise combines kettlebell training with an awesome sound track. This class is for all abilities and you can move at your own pace to develop technique a

nd strength. You'll challenge your mind as well as your body putting together short sequences into a fun routine. Tues & Thurs 9.30am
Sat 8am

PadFit is a fun energetic class that will leave you exhausted, not just physically but also from how much you laugh! The class has a light-hearted feel which means you are guaranteed to have fun! At the end of each session, you'll be both mentally and physically ready to take on the world! Mon 6-7pm

Running club is a friendly relaxed group, we run on average 4/5 miles within the hour. We make sure we look after everyone and if you want more of a challenge we incorporate run backs along the way for the more energetic in the group. Tues 6-7pm

Personal Training Sessions. If I had a describe what it's like to do a 1-1 session with me I guess I'd say fun and tough! Whatever your goal, you can be sure that the MBT gym is a safe and encouraging environment for you to build strength and confidence. I'll always be there to help motivate you to keep going.

PROVE IT MONTH

Start of month, test yourself.
End of month, test again.
Goal = improve, not compete.



Tests

* 1 mile run / 1000m row (time)
* Barbell squat – 5 reps (same depth)
* Max press-ups
* Toes to bar (or progression)



Through the month (aim 4 sessions/week)

1. Engine (running)
Intervals, sprints, hills
→ build speed, not just distance

2. Legs (strength)
Squat focus
→ depth stays the same, then add weight or slow it down

3. Upper body
Press-up work
→ use incline/bands, build towards full reps

4. Core
Toes to bar progressions
→ banana rocks, knees up, control everything



That’s it

Train with purpose, stay consistent, see what changes.

What a way to spend a Sunday morning 🙌

A good 10 miles for some… and a few extra added on’s for others 💪

Great company,such a properly chilled vibe, we even managed a very important pit stop along the way… for some it was “hair of the dog”, for others just a little bit of hydration 👀🍻

LOVE being active, and enjoying it with a great group of people. No pressure, no expectations, just doing something good for yourself and having a laugh while you’re at it.

MBT January Challenge 2026

30 minutes of movement every day in January 💪
Anything counts — classes, weights, HIIT, running, swimming, yoga, Pilates, relaxation or walking.

This challenge is all about motivation, trying different types of exercise, and building a healthy habit for life – not perfection.

Complete 30 mins or more every day through January and show it on Strava, and you can use buddy membership throughout February 👯‍♀️

🎄 Christmas Week at MBT 🎄
Monday 16th – Saturday 20th December

It’s time to turn the lights on, add the music, and celebrate the run-up to Christmas together. Expect festive vibes, lots of laughs, and feel-good movement — all with that MBT community spirit at the heart of it.

Monday 15th – Festive Boxing ✨
Let’s box our way into Christmas with lights, music, and high energy to kick the week off.

Tuesday 16th – Christmas Walk/Jog (GROUP SESSION) 🎅
Christmas running gear at the ready as we head out to enjoy the lights.
Please note: this is not a normal run. This week is all about the group — we would like everyone to stick together. Walk, jog, chat, and enjoy the festive atmosphere as one.

This session is open to absolutely anyone and we’ll likely cover around 2 miles, keeping it social, inclusive, and supportive.
If you’re looking for a faster or harder run, this one probably isn’t for you — this is about community, connection, and Christmas spirit.

Wednesday 17th – Festive CoreFit ✨
Tinsel, glitter, and a CoreFit session with a Christmas twist. Expect fun games alongside working up a proper sweat.

Thursday 18th – Christmas Open Gym 🎄
Open Gym from 9–10am, with a festive-themed session so you can train your way while soaking up the Christmas atmosphere.

Saturday 20th – Christmas Kettlercise 🔔
We finish the week with a festive Kettlercise session to end the week on a high.
