Our highly-qualified instructor/facilitator Marcia will be on-hand to offer wellness and lifestyle advice, courtesy of her years of experience and qualifications across a variety of specialist health and fitness related fields. Exciting news from Liskeard Leisure Centre: we’ve taken delivery of a https://brnw.ch/21x3xuM Wellpoint Health Kiosk. In partnership with Healthy Cornwall, the kiosk will be on site at the centre for six weeks 📅

The kiosk will provide baseline body-composition data, including blood pressure, body fat percentage, heart score, height and weight.

Liskeard is our fifth centre to host a kiosk. We hope people will see the benefits physical activity and exercise can have on the body.
