We'd like to share that Colin Wilson, affectionately known as Sarge, will be stepping down from his role as Joint Manager alongside Lee. Sarge has decided to prioritize his family and personal life moving forward. However, he will remain in communication with Lee and will continue to oversee the under-16s team in the upcoming season.
Lee expressed that Sarge Wilson is one of the most sincere and dedicated individuals he has encountered. Upon returning to the club, Lee knew Sarge was the first person he wanted to reach out to. Together, they accomplished their goal for the season – to maintain their league status, which they successfully achieved since taking charge in December. Lee credits this success to both Sarge and Pete, emphasizing that a manager's effectiveness is closely tied to the quality of their team, and he feels fortunate in that regard.
