One of my students has just graded to brown belt so I've made him a bokken.

Whilst finishing his I decided to reapply a coat of Danish oil to other'weapons' in the armoury!

Ki Aikido is a dynamic art that can be practiced by anyone of any age, gender or ability.
It focuses on agreement and 'blending with an attack' rather than conflict and violence. We learn how we act and react in relation to others. We learn calmness and harmony.
