👀 Attention People of Lisburn!

Do you want to lead a community of healthy, happy people achieving life changing results?

We get regular contact from people asking if we have plans to re-open the popular and busy studio in the town.

Unfortunately in 2022, our franchisee closed the studio and the community of members couldn’t take part in our signature, super effective 25 minute hiit sessions anymore.

We loved seeing the amazing results and happiness generated in the Lisburn community.

As part of our brand refresh, we would love to see Hitsona Lisburn open in the town, and are looking for a suitable person to work with us on making this happen.

We have so many busy parents who are members with us and whenever we've asked them what the most appealing thing about HITZone is to them, they always say the 25 minute workouts. ⁠

Finding time to workout can be hard when you're juggling parent life, work, kids activities and social events so 25 minute workouts where you can get in and out in just over 30 minutes really appeals to busy parents! ⁠

Now we also get asked is 25 minutes enough.. and we're confident it is, if you work hard in that 25 minutes. In fact, if you're a member let us know in the comments if you think the 25 minutes is long enough⁉ ⁠

Why is small group training so great?

🤛You will be more motivated by the camaraderie, competitiveness and encouragement of the others in the group.

👯‍♂️ Exercising with others is definitely more exciting than going it alone and pounding the treadmill night after night on your own.

🤠 A group environment increases your accountability, you're more likely to turn up and work hard if you know that you will be missed by your friends.

⚡️ Lastly, you'll want to power through the last couple of minutes work that you may otherwise miss because you will have a small group of friends cheering you on.
