We are pleased to announce the beginning of our Women-Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 6 week programme, beginning Sunday, 11 May.


This specialised class offers:
• A Dedicated Environment: Practise in a supportive, women-only setting designed to foster confidence and camaraderie.
• Structured Curriculum: Weekly lessons covering fundamental techniques—positional control, escapes, submissions—and progressive drills to accelerate your development.
• Community & Support: Opportunity to connect with like-minded women, share experiences, and encourage one another’s progress.
