We welcomed our beautiful baby girl into the world in April. She surprised us arriving two weeks early. Our little miracle baby. Big brother and sister are besotted with her.

The hardest and longest 9 months of worry, sickness, rest and hospital appointments. It all seems worth it now that she is here 🩷

And now to enjoy maternity leave ☺️
But watch this space…. I look forward to getting back to all things Active Parents in the near future. I have so badly missed all my amazing mummies and their little ones and being a little part of getting them active again 🏋️‍♀️

Happy New Year 🥂

I hope you have had a lovely Christmas and Happy New Year with your families. Another year over and out 🫶

ActiveParentsNI has been very quiet for a while now. I sadly had to cancel all classes and events due to a very high risk pregnancy with no.3. We can’t believe we are over half way now, despite consultants preparing us for the worst. Hopefully a smoother second half.

Missing all the incredible mummies coming to my classes but hopefully you are still able to stay active for your mind and body and continue smashing parenthood❤️

MUMROX 2025

Such a fantastic morning celebrating how amazing mums are!

24 mums took on a mini Hyrox style challenge in Lisburn. Some battled through as singles and others as doubles with 3 options of intensities to choose from.

The focus was to challenge yourself, have fun and show their families that they ‘AREN’T JUST A MUM’.

Their families came along to cheer them on. A kids corner was set up with toys and craft table and a refreshments table with tea and coffee was available with the help of the amazing

Thank-you to all those who got involved!! Such a great event to promote women, mums and the importance of being active.

ActiveParentsNI brings you their first MUMROX event-
a mini Hyrox style event for mums!

A chance to show the family how amazing you are, not just as a mum, but as a STRONG mum.

Saturday 27th September
10am - 12pm
House Proud Building, Lisburn

⭐️Enter as SINGLES or DOUBLES (complete the course with a friend, a sister, YOUR MUM?!)
⭐️No competition other than yourself
⭐️The event will be timed discreetly if you want to check in
⭐️Bring the whole family- kids corner with toys and crafts. Food and drinks provided
⭐️Includes goodies bag
⭐️This event requires you to have fun

The course will be a range of same or similar exercises to the Hyrox but all at a shortened/lighter capacity.

Suitable for ALL abilities!
