“I started with Robert back in April, he was beginning to get into personal training and offered to train me as I wanted to lose weight. I always seemed to either be gaining weight or losing weight but it was never steady. I was never in control of it and I thought it was just the way things were after having kids, my strength was poor and I had a pain in my lower back for years.
