Meet our new Personal trainer and staff member Emanuel! 🥳🤩

Hi, I’m Emanuel.

I’m a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, but more importantly, I know what it feels like to start at square one. I lost over 70 lbs myself, and that journey taught me how powerful strength training can be for both body and mind.

Since then, I’ve gone on to become a National Champion in Powerlifting and picked up bronze and silver medals in Strongman. Coaching is a big passion of mine too — I’ve helped two athletes go from beginners to National Champions, and between them, they now hold 8 national records.

I believe that strength is the base for everything — whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved fitness, or competing at the highest level. My aim is to help you get stronger than you ever thought possible and to build confidence that carries over into every part of life.

My approach is simple: clear programming, proper technique, and sustainable progress. I’ll meet you where you’re starting and take you further than you thought possible.

From the 3rd February we will be Introducing our new HYROX membership - the ultimate fitness race for everyone, combining running and functional workouts.
£45/month, no contract. 10 HYROX classes weekly and access to all standard classes too 🔥

Meet our Personal trainer Clare 🤩

Hi everyone

My names Clare and I’m a qualified personal trainer. I’ve always been interested in fitness and sport since a young age, my main sport being running. The mechanics of the body always interested me and I decided to follow this interest into a career in fitness, studying a BSC in health, physical activity and sport and receiving my level 3 personal trainer qualification.

I am passionate about helping people of all ages achieve their goals whatever they may be! I understand the struggles people have and am here to help you achieve your goals around your life! I’ve experienced issues surrounding food and exercise and want to share the lessons I’ve learned with you!

I love coaching all abilities and ages so if you want a friendly, knowledgeable trainer, please drop me a message for 1-1 or 2-1 sessions!
