Are You Ready For A Challenge?
Commit to Move Every Day in May for at least 30 minutes for Mae Murray Foundation!
You can choose any activity you like - walk, run, swim, cycle, pilates, yoga, stretch, dance, gardeneningas long as you MOVE!
All donations will support Mae Murray Foundation in delivering inclusive projects such as an all-ability adapted gym programme and 'Inclusive Beaches' programme - two projects that I love and I am priviledged to be part of.
Suggested donation amounts -
£31 - a pound for everyday you exercise
£5 - forfeit if you miss a day
£10 pledge of commiting to move more
Ask friends and family to sponsor you
