Last week was all about stretching and walking and listening to my body after annoying my back. It felt good to up the pace a bit again today.

Exercise is always a privilege, and my back likes to send me the odd reminder of this (and to stretch more!!)

Move Every Day in May

Today is one of those days where movement means flexibility and mobility. If you feel stiff and achy from an increase in activity take time to stretch. Movement doesn't always mean high energy 🧘

Commit to Move Every Day in May for at least 30 minutes for Mae Murray Foundation!

You can choose any activity you like - walk, run, swim, cycle, pilates, yoga, stretch, dance, gardeneningas long as you MOVE!

All donations will support Mae Murray Foundation in delivering inclusive projects such as an all-ability adapted gym programme and 'Inclusive Beaches' programme - two projects that I love and I am priviledged to be part of.

Suggested donation amounts -

£31 - a pound for everyday you exercise
£5 - forfeit if you miss a day
£10 pledge of commiting to move more
Ask friends and family to sponsor you
