Social Media & Marketing Executive Job Description The social media and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the firm's online social media presence and strategies. This role is essential in enhancing the firm's brand, attracting new clients, and fostering engagement with existing clients through various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have video editing experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in social media and digital marketing. Requirements • Prior experience with social media campaigns. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing techniques. • Creative thinker with strong organisational and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities Social Media Management: • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Manage and create content for the firm’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed Content Creation and Management: • Produce high-quality, relevant content for the firm's website, blog, and social media channels, including articles, infographics, videos, and case studies. • Collaborate with the team to generate content ideas and ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the firm's brand guidelines. Brand Management: • Maintain and enhance the firm’s online presence and reputation through strategic branding initiatives. • Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect the firm’s brand voice and values. • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ activities.
