Are you passionate about martial arts and enjoy working with children? We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as Lead Coaches and Assistant Instructors in Lisburn, Belfast, Lurgan, Craigavon, and Portadown!
What We Offer:
✅ Part-Time Role – Flexible hours with opportunities to expand to more classes and locations.
✅ Competitive Pay – £9 to £25 per hour, based on experience and training.
✅ Comprehensive Training – Work alongside experienced instructors and become a Certified SMA Instructor.

Your Responsibilities:
🎯 Lead fun and structured martial arts sessions for children aged 3 to 17.
🎯 Build confidence, teach valuable life skills, and make every class exciting.
🎯 Plan and deliver sessions following our SMA program.
🎯 Communicate with parents and provide positive feedback about their child’s progress.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Energetic and Friendly Personality – Inspire and engage young learners.
✔ Martial Arts Experience – At least 1 year preferred, but not essential.
✔ Good with Kids – Confident and approachable when working with children.
✔ Driving License – Required for transporting equipment.
✔ Organized and Adaptable – Able to manage schedules and class plans efficiently.
