Simple, filling, and packed with flavour 🤍

Ingredients:
• 40g porridge oats
• 300ml water
• 1 apple, chopped
• Dusting of sweet cinnamon
• 50g Greek yoghurt
• 15g peanut butter
• ~30g granola (optional)
• 10g honey

Cook the oats with water, stir through the apple and cinnamon, then top with Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, granola, and a drizzle of honey 🍎🥜🍯

❓What do you do in between sets?

Most people: check their phone 📱

Me: immediately starts a one-person dance performance nobody asked for 💃✨

Before anyone asks—yes, I’m here to work out. The dancing is just part of the process.

As an autistic person, movement can be a form of stimming: helping me regulate, burn off excess energy, and keep my brain happy between sets.

So if you see me busting out questionable dance moves in the gym, just know I’m not avoiding my workout… I’m buffering. 😂

Big coffee drinker here ☕️💪
