A reminder to everyone to take care of yourselves in this hot weather. Stay hydrated, keep moving if you can, but listen to your body and don’t be afraid to adjust your workouts. Early mornings, evenings, or a cooler indoor session might be the way to go this week.

Remember, consistency beats intensity. A shorter workout is better than no workout, and recovery is just as important when temperatures rise.

Stay safe, stay cool, and keep looking after yourselves! 💦😎

After dealing with an ankle injury, we’re taking things steady and focusing on building strength, confidence, and mobility back up gradually. Recovery isn’t always about pushing harder – sometimes it’s about being patient, consistent, and listening to your body.

Linda is doing exactly that, showing up, putting the work in, and making progress one session at a time. Keep it up, Linda – every step forward counts! 💪😊
