Came across this YouTube video today courtesy of Gratz Pilates whose apparatus I have in my Pilates Studio. It shows how Pilates is benefiting American Football players. However, it can benefit anyone to stretch, strengthen and control their body better. Why not give it a go?

I started one of my clients this week onto the Russian Splits at the end of her reformer session. She loved it 😍. I personally have a way to go …… but getting closer every time I practise on my lovely Gratz apparatus …… 😊

The Ladder Barrel is a great place to do the Tree exercise. Often done on the Short Box on the Reformer. The barrel is a good support for the back. Bliss 😊

Took a couple of days off to follow my other passion in life. My very hot sweaty body (just like in a Pilates class) on the summit of one of the Glencoe mountains in Scotland. As is often the case, no views whatsoever- just mist and drizzle. Great though. First Munro in almost 2 years.

Two exercises people love on the High Chair. Going up Side and Going up Front. Great exercises for strengthening knees, hips, inner thighs and back while improving control, alignment and balance
