A new strength and movement programme designed specifically for adults aged 50+.
Ask yourself honestly — could you confidently:

• Get in and out of a chair comfortably?
These are the things that matter most as we age.
Research consistently shows strength training is one of the most effective ways to support healthy ageing, improving strength, balance, mobility, confidence, bone health, and independence.
This is not a bootcamp. It’s not about lifting huge weights or trying to look younger. It’s about building a stronger, more capable body that helps you keep doing the things you love for longer.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn how to safely use resistance training to improve everyday movement and confidence in a friendly, supportive environment.
