The first week of classes 2026 – done!

And in these classes during January I’m teaching Pilates a lot more slowly than usual ….

We are focusing on grounding, breathing slow in rhythm with the movement and building solid foundations.

Winter isn’t the time to launch into a hard-core fitness routine or a strict detox (despite what you might think), it’s the time to reset and slow down.
