Player Trial / Friendly enquiry form - https://form.jotform.com/233252177066354 Linlithgow Rose Community F.C 2010 Maroon are a grassroots football team in the town of Linlithgow playing competitive 11 a side football in the West Lothian Association of Youth Football Clubs league (WLAYFC). Our team of dedicated coaches are SFA/UEFA qualified and are also first aid trained and PVG registered. Worki

ng in partnership with Planet Soccer we have fortnightly sessions delivered by professional UEFA B coach Kirk Crichton which supplements our regular training. The team is greatfully supported by prominent local businesses Kapital Kilts and Delhi's Winter Indian restaurant. We are also sponsored by an international events company Five Star Group.

It isn't the way we wanted to end our league season but unfortunately our opponents couldn't field a team for this one and have conceded the 3 points. It marks an end to our time in the SERYFA leagues and we now look forward to a new challenge at the start of the 2026/27 season.

Another frustrating result last night against 'title contenders' AC Oxgangs as the boys were fantastic. Unfortunately we didn't deal with the big long balls and big striker for 3 of the goals and a clear handball in our box in the build up for their 3rd left us all questioning, does anyone actually understand the handball rule anymore? 🤷‍♂️

We're finally back in competitive action today at home to Dalkeith Thistle Cardo in the League Cup. The boys are up for this and looking to right a few wrongs from our previous encounters this season with the Mid Lothian club. Come along and cheer on the lads 🙌

A good test for the lads today against the team currently sitting 4th in a very strong Central B League in a friendly match. With pretty much our full squad available it gave us the opportunity to rotate players and give everyone minutes ahead of our remaining competitive games.

A disappointing score line after a hard fought game today against a skillful EC Colts. We deservedly got it back to 2 - 1 after Noah's good goal but a poor final 15 mins seen us slip to our second League Cup defeat in as many games.

It's another away game tomorrow for us as we make the short trip across West Lothian to face East Calder Colts in the League Cup. This will be the first meeting in a couple of seasons against the Colts but we expect it to be a competitive and entertaining game of football against the Division 2B runners up so please come along and cheer the lads on 🙌

𝗙𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧 𝟯 - 𝟭

A tough match yesterday against the newly crowned Div 2B champions Edinburgh City Whites 2010s but the lads put in a great shift and pushed the home side all the way in the second half in search of an equaliser. The game had drama at both ends with penalty saves, goals and unfortunately a red card near the end for us just before the sucker punch 3rd goal.

Well done to Edinburgh City Whites, we'll see you for the return tie in Linlithgow 🤝
