It 's an excellent way to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength endurance.

Circuit training will elevate your heart rate and keep it high through the entire circuit due to the short rest periods.

It's a great way to work your whole body combining upper and lower body exercises.

It takes roughly 3500 calories to burn 1lb of fat.

This is achieved by being in a calorie deficit (when you consume less calories than you burn).

The most effective way of being in a calorie deficit is by adjusting your nutrition.

Calculate your maintenance calories & then subtract 500 calories each day (-3500 calories deficit for the week).

Ex:
Maintenance Calories: 2500cals
Calorie Deficit: 2500 - 500 = 2000cals

Just like any other nutrition planning, this guide serves as a starting point, stay flexible and adjust your targets based on how you feel & your results.
