All classes are suitable for complete fitness beginners to more advanced, I will also add modifications where needed.

Unilateral exercises are programmed regularly into my classes & I’d say they are the most disliked 😂, but they are so important I’m not skipping them, and they are always in my own training sessions (video to prove it!)

Unilateral exercises are single-leg or single-arm movements.  The primary benefit of unilateral exercises is the ability to train both sides of the body equally.  It prevents overusing, overtraining or compensating with the dominant side, which helps to isolate and correct muscle imbalances which can aid in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

This is something I always try to stick to, working out on a Monday sets me up for the whole week. Routine is so important to help keep you motivated and consistent & working towards our goals.
