Hooray, we've completed our first half term of PABA classes! We absolutely loved it— the parents were incredible, and the babies were delightful. We hope they enjoyed it as much as we did. Details for PABA Aqua Fit Classes:

- **Program:** Parent & Baby Aqua (PABA) - a 30-minute aqua-based exercise for parents and young children.
- **Aim:** Improve parents' fitness and introduce babies to water with aqua aerobic exercises, water confidence, and movement techniques.
- **Music:** Enjoy a mix of Nursery Rhymes and commercial music.
- **Cost:** £10.50 per class, invoiced each half term.

**Class Times:**
- Mondays: 10:30 am
- Wednesdays: 12:00 pm & 12:30 pm

For the best experience, arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your lesson. Limited parking is available in the Enterprise Park; we have 2 spaces directly outside, and additional on-street parking is a very short walk away. We kindly ask that you do not park in spaces designated for other units as they are solely for their business use.

If your little ones aren't potty-trained, no worries—ensure they wear a reusable swim nappy.

Each lesson is an exciting 30 minutes filled with laughter. We look forward to sharing giggles and making a splash together.
