Learning to swim is not just about swimming independently without the use of aids.

Learning to swim is about learning how to be confident and safe in and around water. And knowing what to do if things go wrong.

Our lessons are designed to build confidence, build stamina, lung capacity, water safety and self saving techniques.

Yes we want our swimmers to be able to swim long distances, but learning how to be safe, staying calm and knowing what to do if they get into difficulty is what will save lives.
