Another fantastic circuits session this week! ๐ช๐ฅ
We worked through a full-body workout including boxing, ball throws, step-ups, tricep extensions, hip thrusts, lateral raises, core work, bench press, and glute work before finishing with a team rowing challenge. ๐ฃ
The rowing was amazing - lots of teamwork, encouragement, and a little friendly competition to push everyone out of their comfort zone! ๐
