Claire Elaine Townsend has been a client of mine for a while now and her results continue to impress.

Consistency will always be the key to anyone’s success, she’s put the hard work in to get these results that are still ongoing with her journey with us by doing just that . Being consistent

Results speak for themselves. Initially we focused on fat loss then focused on the upper body and more recently lower body whilst still chiseling away at the fat loss, her weight is of no consequence to her anymore Infact in the comparison of 3 pictures side by side she is now heavier than the middle one but leaner and smaller.

And BEFORE all those start crying about its boring and I couldn’t do that and “I’ve got to have a life” …. Claire does… have a look at some of the meals she eats regularly …. Burgers, enchiladas , waffles and ice cream, chocolate, sweets every training day( yes that’s right sweets😂) and bowls of rice crispies to name a few.

How can she do this and get these results? Through consistency and getting her body systems into a good place and balance
