6 years old and already has the makings of a fabulous breaststroke! 👏🏼

We've slowed everything down with lots of different drills and activities, breaking the stroke into bite-sized chunks to really focus on her reach, catch and kick timing — and she's now absolutely smashing the full stroke! 💪🏼🏊🏼‍♀️

With a bit more progression and tweaks here and there, I think this breaststroke is going to be AMAZING! 👏🏼
It's so exciting watching all those little details come together. ✨

💦 Learning through play! 🏊🏼‍♀️✨️

This little superstar has been working on putting her face in, blowing bubbles and reaching for objects under the water — all while having fun! 💙

As she reaches down, she naturally stretches her body out into a longer, flatter position, helping her legs lift higher to create better balance and propulsion through the water. 🌊

All of this while developing her breath control, body position and water confidence! 👏🏼🥰

So much learning packed into one little game! 💙✨️

Extremely proud of this absolutely amazing little one! 🥹💙

At just 5½ years old, she swam an incredible 25m today, lifting her head to breathe all by herself! ✨️🏊🏼‍♀️

Moments like this remind me that I really do have the best job in the world! 🥰💙

Swim Swim Little Fish 🐟 Absolutely love seeing style and technique developing, this little legend is only 7 yrs old. 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 A confident non-swimmer --> 200m front crawling in less than 2 months. GO GIRL ✨️

1:1 Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday lessons available.

This little legend can swim independently and lift his head to breathe for a few metres - I turned him into a shark and gave him a kick board to encourage a longer more efficient leg kick. Proud of you Mr!! ✨️✨️✨️✨️
