Just a pic of my beautiful Moo today, she is looking after me, knows I'm slower than usual so waits for me to catch up.

I'm going back to physio today, yesterday was an awful day 😞 I will let you know if I'll be in class later.

No one is more frustrated with this than me 😩 I cant do anything at home either other than empty the dishwasher very slowly but I probably shouldn't be.

My floors need hoovering, my grass needs cutting. Evie is doing some of it today for me.

Sadly and frustratingly I've had to cancel my classes today as I'm in an acute state of spasm with my back and my SI joint is out again. Ive posted in all group chats. I did manage to get an appt yesterday but after 2 manipulations it didnt go back in and she said she cant do it more than twice. 😞

Hopefully it eases soon 🙏🙏🙏

Yesterday was National Fitness Day! I had a life blip yesterday 🤦‍♀️ the stats are in about classes.

Support community classes because we are getting squeezed out by the big guns and we provide much needed support to people, communities, villages, families etc.

Wow last night was a very hot class 🥵 we were all feeling it.

Tues evenings I teach from home
6pm 30 min Zumba
6.30pm 30 min LBT.

Easy to join. Stay at home. Kettle on as soon as you've finished. Household items can be used in place of equipment. (For LBT)

What did you do to your big toe Nikki? Did you drop something on it? No 🤔 Did you stub it on anything? No 🤔
Did someone stand on it with the heaviest shoes on? No 🤔
I pointed my toes in a Barre class 🤦‍♀️🤣 felt a sort of twang like someone had flicked an elastic band on it and then pain, couldn't see anything but next day this bruise. Gotta love the perimenopause and all its weirdness 😂😂

Can't lie I've had a pretty easy (for me) week as a few gaps with classes not on for various reasons. Today I've just got my 2 online and then the day off as cant have my venue. But am I still tired - of course! 😅

Heavier week next week 😫
