The beginner strength course is an initial block of 4 sessions, once per week, 90 minutes each, designed to give you a relaxed introduction to the basics of strength training in a safe and technique focused environment. Capped at 4 women to ensure that you receive plenty of personal attention and coaching it costs £64 for the full course.
Everyone works to their own individual programme of strength and technique, in a relaxed, supportive and body positive environment.
