So here we are - one more week to go and hoping we can go out with a BANG ‼️ 💪

Firstly an update on Rachel. She had a successful operation on Tuesday, but has to go back this week for a check up and looks like she will require further surgery in about 6 months.

She is still in a lot of pain and has been signed off work for at least 3 weeks, so sadly she will not be back for her classes this week. We are both so sorry that we cannot deliver these and I know she if gutted that she cannot celebrate her last ever clubbercise class with you.

All other classes are on and we have the extra POUND class on Wednesday at 7.40pm. And it’s a free class if you want to join in

Myself and Rachel will be at the Harrows pub on Friday at 7pm after my last ever class 😬.
We would love to see you and say our goodbyes to you all.

Hey everyone

As some of you know Rachel chopped the end of her finger off last Wednesday in a van door and had to go to Derby hospital on Thursday for some cosmetic surgery.

Without going into too much gory detail she has to go back in on Tuesday for a operation to remove some bone before they can seal the finger.

Obviously she’s in a lot of pain and will be after the operation so all her classes on Tuesday 12th and Thursday 14th will be cancelled.

We are both hoping that she will be able to do her last weeks classes and obviously we will let you know if she can or cant.

All other classes are running as usual next week and I hope to see you all in and keeping it up all the way to Xmas

I’m taking pre orders for the sale of my dumbells and kettlebells

All the weights are priced at £1 per kg ( so a pair of 3kg dumbells will be £6 etc)

Also have 4 kg medicine balls , 4 kg slam ball and Pilates rings all priced at £5 (see pic)
