🌟Weekly recap🌟

🏐 Our only game this weekend saw Cannons B face . The team played consistently from the start, with great defensive play and attacks from all positions, and secured a comfortable 3-0 win

🌟Weekly recap🌟

🏐 Our first game of the week saw Men 3 take on . The team had a really strong start to the game, with control of the game and plenty of pressure on their opponents. However, Boston made changes and found a rhythm the guys couldn’t keep up with, resulting in a 3-2 loss.

🏆 MVP was awarded to Vadim!

🏐 Next up, Men 2 faced .vc in their final game of the season. It was a tough last game for the guys, with no substitutions available. The guys had a shaky start to the game, but managed to really fight in the third set to push it to the line. Sadly, they lost the match 3-0.

🏆 MVP was awarded to Asa!

🏐 Finally, Women 2 played against . W2 had a solid start to the game, with consistent gameplay allowing them to take the first two sets from a strong defensive team. Although there was a dip at the start of the third set, W2 kept their focus and managed to bring it back to take a 3-1 win.

We’re back after a week break with three games this weekend!

🏐 First up on tonight, Men 3 travel to go against in the Regional Shield

🏐 Tomorrow, Men 2 are also away playing against .vc

🏐 On Sunday, Women 2 compete against in the Regional Shield!

🌟Weekly recap🌟

🏐 In our first game of the weekend, Men 2 travelled away to face in their cup game. It was a tough game against a strong side, and whilst the team performed well in the first and third set, they were unable to take a set over the line which resulted in a 3-0 loss.

🏐 Next up, Cannons A played against in the local league. The team put in a solid performance, and secured a 3-0 win!

🏐 On Sunday, Women 2 met for the third time this season. The team fought hard against a strong defensive team to take the first set. Although Casualties pulled it back to take sets two and three, W2 dug deep to win the fourth. Despite the momentum, the team couldn’t quite take it over the line which resulted in a 3-2 loss.

🏆 MVP was awarded to Jay!

🏐 Cannons A then played in another game on Sunday, facing . In another close game, Cannons A put in a strong fight to take the game to five sets, but just missed out on a win.

🏆 MVP was awarded to Callum!

🏐 Men 3 also played on Sunday, against . It was a tough final game of the season for the team, and sadly they weren’t able to secure the win.

🏆 MVP was awarded to Keomixay!

🏐 Last but not least, Cannons B faced . There was lots of good defensive play and great energy from everyone on the team, but it sadly wasn’t backed up on the attack, which resulted in a 3-0 loss.

🌟Weekly recap🌟

🏐After a tricky start to the game, W2 came out swinging to take the second set, with aggressive hitting and great serve receive. We kept loud and maintained a strong hitting performance but unfortunately couldn’t get over the line with Northampton having some really strong servers and a dominant middle.

🏆 MVP was awarded to 41 - Shania!

🏐W3 finished strong with a win in their last match of the season, where months of hard work and a growing team bond were on display. Despite a big block and experienced setting from the opposition, W3 came together to use the ball cleverly and keep them off balance.

🏆MVP was awarded to 1 - Vitalija!

🏐A nice 3-0 win for cannons, overall it was a steady performance for M2 with Reuben, Jack and Ethan stepping in again, and support from Keanu and Tobi too. There was some good bits, from strong serving, winning long rallies, and good covering. And naturally for players who have not played together, there was some mistakes and not so good bits, however considering a lot of these guys have not played together before we cannot argue with the result!

This Sunday, Men 1 take on MK City and Richmond Bucks in the battle for promotion to Division 1!
