We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Helen Crawford, an inspirational and much loved member of our Cannons family.

Helen’s strength and courage throughout illness enabled her to continue to play the sport she loved, and we were blessed to share the court with her.

We will forever miss Helen’s positivity and motivation during team talks and her passion on court. The way Helen would celebrate every point like we had won the game is something we should all take on board.

Rest easy Helen, forever our scottish warrior. We know you’ll always be watching on.

We had our annual Party in the Park last week, and it was a scorcher! Volleyball, cakes, raffle prizes and plenty of sunshine was had by all☀️

We raised nearly £400 for the club, which has gone towards the much needed new equipment that has been ordered for this season!🏐

We would like to say a huge thank you to The Priory Lincoln Academy for being a great venue, we look forward to making this our new official venue each year! We would also like to thank all the local businesses that kindly donated raffle prizes including Liberty Slice Co Pizza Pennells Garden Centre Ｃｏｆｆｅｅ Ｃｕｌｔｕｒｅ LN CrossFit in Lincoln UK Oatz&Co Forum Quality Meat butchers, Justaura Retreat and more!

Keep an eye out for information about our event next year, we plan to make it bigger and better!🥳🏐

🌟What a game to end the season on🌟

On Monday, our Women 2 team travelled to face Nottingham Rockets Volleyball🚀 in the Women’s Regional Shield final!

Despite only having 6 players, the team started the game off strong by clinching the first set. After a dip in the second, they bought back a strong performance to round out the game. Although the game couldn’t play out in full due to time constraints, Women 2 walked away with the win!

✨Oh what a night!✨

27th June saw another successful End of Season Bash for Lincoln Cannons! The committee presented the AGM, the coaches provided updates about the season and Naz spoke about the set up for next season. We ate, laughed, danced and watched volleyball (and the football🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿), and a good time was had by all!
