Are experienced coaches and successful squash players having played at International and County level as well as within the Military. Individual Coaching
Players of all abilities are welcome from beginner to international and junior. Using his extensive experience,WIN will assess your game quickly and help plan your improvement programme. Each group or individual brings their own challenges an

d we work hard with them to build their confidence, skill, and most importantly, their enjoyment of the game. People ask us if they are good enough for this or that. It doesn’t matter how good you are if you enjoy it then there is always someone at an appropriate level for you to play and train with. Video Analysis

Alongside the coaching we also provide video analysis. By recording your technique and playing it back in slow motion, we can analyse details of your technique that cannot be seen with the naked eye. Fitness plans
We will also give advice on fitness, nutrition and if requested produce personnel programmes to suit your needs and budget. Junior Squash Coaching

Mini Squash
Mini Squash is the England Squash & Racketball fun and exciting version of squash for 3-11 year olds. Children as young as 3 years old can learn to throw, catch and hit a ball. it’s not just about squash, it’s about movement co-ordination & balance. If you can show children from a young age the principles of movement, co-ordination & balance then they will take this into every sport they play and give them loads of confidence

Very quickly children can play modified versions of squash in a fun environment

The mini Squash Program is a skills based program where the emphasis is more on skills than on competition and winning matches. They chart their progress through passing skills tests and gaining Mini Squash Certificates in the FUNdamentals, IMProver and PRO levels





Development Player Awards

The Development Player Awards are aimed at young people aged 9-16 who have progressed through the Mini Squash Program, are new to squash or currently play at club level. The Awards develop and asses player’s technical and tactical ability within the full game of squash with each of the 10 stages focussing on a different shot. Again we do not ficus just on squash but on movement skills, like agility, speed & quickness, co-ordination and balance. The children can progress into playing squash matches against each other, enter the squash ladder & play for the squash team against other clubs

Sorry everyone, I’ve been a little quiet of late! Maybe the answer is that we’ve had coaches taking their summer breaks and charging their batteries for what is going to be a very busy period right up to Christmas! 🎄

There’s plenty coming up, so it’s been good for everyone to have a little time to recharge before we get stuck into what promises to be a busy few months ahead.
