Due to the success of our last beginners course, we’re excited to announce that we’re doing it all again!

Our next 8-Week Total Beginners NoGi BJJ Course starts:

📅 Monday 31st August

📍 Lincoln Grappling Coalition
💷 £60 for the full 8 weeks – one session per week

If you’ve always wanted to try Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but felt a little nervous about throwing yourself straight into a regular class, this is exactly what this course is for.

You’ll be starting alongside other complete beginners, so no previous experience and no level of fitness is required.

Over the 8 weeks we’ll take you through the fundamentals step-by-step, helping you learn the basics, improve your fitness and, most importantly, build your confidence on the mats.

Podczas wczorajszej gali BMF 17 w Barnsley Kristians Boguzs 🇱🇻 (4-0) w pewnym stylu zwyciężył przez TKO w rundzie pierwszej z Renê Santosem 🇧🇷 (2-9). Dla Łotysza była to trzecia wygrana przed czasem w zawodowej karierze.

Teraz zgodnie z zapowiedzią menegmentu Kristiansa czas na powrót do największej polskiej organizacji, gdzie Boguzs zadebiutował w lutym tego roku poddając w drugiej rundzie Kacpra Fornalskiego 🇵🇱 (1-2).

Elsa is on the mats every single day. She never misses a session, is always looking to improve, and regularly steps onto the competition mats, where she’s won multiple national titles through hard work and determination.

She’s living proof that it’s never too late to start Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Age is no barrier when you’re willing to put the work in.
