When Alice started coaching, she had no previous training experience and wasn’t sure what to eat to support her goals as a vegetarian.

Rather than chasing quick fixes, we focused on building a strong foundation first.

Over the last 10 weeks, we worked step by step, creating sustainable habits, improving food choices, increasing daily activity, and introducing structured training that suited her lifestyle. Through weekly check-ins, we continuously adjusted her training, nutrition, and cardio plan to keep progress moving forward.
