Josh’s Pre-Wedding 12 Week Transformation 🙌

12 weeks out from his wedding day, Josh came to me with one goal: to marry his wife to be, in the best shape of his life.

Throw in a busy summer of mandatory World Cup drinking 🍻⚽️, this could’ve easily gone sideways. Instead, Josh nailed his training and nutrition either side of every match.

The goal was abs out. Absolutely smashed it ✅
