✅ Jason has smashed his diet ready for his holiday 💪🏼 We used food choices that he liked, I believe this being a key factor in client success and longevity to the plan! If you enjoy the foods you eat, it becomes a hell of a lot easier 🙌🏼⁣

✅ Calories have actually increased during the final few weeks of the diet! Stick to the plan and this is what can happen!⁣

✅ Body fat is down by 5.1%. Total body weight is down 6.8kg and lean body mass has almost held a constant all the way through the diet!! Jason has also lost 3.9 inches off his waist!!⁣

🔑 THE KEY TO BUILDING MUSCLE!!! 🔑

✅ Building muscle is a process that requires a consistent but sensible progression of the stress we place on the body that force adaptations which in turn lead to muscle growth 💪🏼

✅ Adequate sleep and recovery is vital for our body to repair and recover from training sessions! This is when we grow 👌🏼

✅ In order for this to be successful we need to also provide the body with enough calories and quality nutrients to allow the process to happen! For those who maybe lack or struggle to meet certain calorie, nutrient or mineral quotas, supplementation can be used to “fill the gaps” that we may struggle to get from our whole food diet alone!

Another amazing transformation 🙌🏼 Client Emma has absolutely smashed it!! Very proud of how far she has come! Losing inches everywhere and a massive body fat loss a long with building some muscle! See....lifting weights won’t make you “bulky” 🙄 Again massive well done to Emma 👌🏼😄.
