Buggy Barre is a no impact inclusive mind body style class designed for Mums, Dads Grans, Grandad’s, Aunts, Uncles, Carer.

Baby’s in Buggy’s and Toddler/ Walking children are all welcome to join in the class as well as those with No Buggy!! meaning is suitable for the whole community.

The class usually takes place outside but can be done inside too and last 30-45 mins
