Here at Bracebridge Heath Fitness Classes we aim to promote, design and deliver enjoyable fitness classes to support clients towards having fun, whilst obtaining or surpassing their fitness and lifestyle goals. We believe this is best achieved by training in small or large groups, as well as an individual 1 on 1 basis. We welcome anybody interested in improving or maintaining their health and fitness, no matter of your age or abilities.

BBH Fitness Classes September Timetable

Early morning sessions 3 days a week for those that like to get their workout in early.

2 evening sessions Monday to Thursday with a variety of classes to choose from.

And to round the week off, there are 2
Saturday morning classes for peeps who can’t go without their fix over the weekend 😊

All for just £6 a class PAYG or £50 for a 30 Day Unlimited Class Pass.

Strength: 10am Saturdays

It was the last week of Hex Bar Deadlifts in the latest Strength class cycle yesterday, and we saw some incredible progress on the numbers being lifted 💪

A mixture of experience & abilities, but always 100% effort, support and encouragement.

By stripping it right back to the basics and then building from there, we have focussed on using better form and building confidence with the bar.

Onto back squats next week 😊

OMG I’m a Gym Owner! 🎉

The tortuous wait of the last few months is finally over 😅.

Rewind 12 months & I wouldn’t believe you if you told me that just before my 50th birthday, I’d have my own gym.

But here I am today, paperwork signed & having a ‘pinch me’ moment.

I remember chatting to someone a few years ago about how amazing it would be to have my own facility; a ‘safe space’ where neurospicies like me would feel comfortable.

But never did I truly believe it would actually happen. It was a pipe dream…

When I made the move last year to work at the gym in Bracebridge Heath, I had no idea it was struggling. For some reason I’d always been drawn to the place, and saw myself happily working from there for many years.

So when the gym suddenly stopped trading in October I was devastated, and more than a little worried tbh…

But the universe had its own plans for me.

After a couple of months, I had a BIG decision to make; move my business to another gym or put my big girl pants on!

Although very scary, it was such an easy decision to make. I love this little unit, and I absolutely adore face to face coaching.

Unit 5 is my playground, my happy place. A safe space where I can be my wonderfully ‘weird’ self, and put smiles on peoples’ faces via Personal Training and BBH Fitness Classes.
A place where all types of people come together, and train hard whilst having fun.

A massive shout out goes to my awesome clients who keep turning up, putting in the work, and paying me money.
You are the ones who bring the magic & put a huge cheesy grin on my face 😁.

Briony Farlow Fitness Coaching has officially come to Bracebridge Heath, and I am just getting started!

My pipe dream has come true.

So bloody excited to see what the future holds 🩷xx
