We teach the TAGB style (one of the largest organisations of tae kwon do) which is based on self-defence and defence for the weak. Tae Kwon Do boosts confidence, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, self defence, fitness as well as team working skills and many other aspects. Our club has been running for over 25 years now and we aim to teach self defence to anyone! Come along and try it out, your
