Meet Gabby 🙌

She has actually been training with us for close to a year now, but we have had so much incredible feedback lately that we are still catching up with sharing it all 👀

Since joining CR Fitness, Gabby has made huge progress with her strength, skills and stamina.

She is a brilliant example of what happens when you stay consistent, keep showing up and trust the process.

We cannot wait to see what she achieves over the next 12 months 🙌

DEADLY 12X9

As far as we know, this has never been done before.

9 gym races.
12 hours.
1 massive challenge.

But this isn’t about leaderboards, winners or egos.

This is about testing yourself, pushing your limits and being part of something bigger.

Take on 1 race, a few races or go all in and attempt all 9.

Go solo, pair up or join a relay.

Every race can be adapted, so this is open to all fitness levels.

And the best bit?

All proceeds go towards Inclusive Movement CIC, helping more people access specialised coached fitness, rehab and support.

Barbell Basics is coming to CR Fitness.

A new weekly class designed to help teens and adults build confidence, improve technique, and learn how to lift properly.

This class will cover the key barbell movements:

Squat
Press
Deadlift
Clean
Sn**ch

Whether you are brand new to lifting, still finding your confidence with a barbell, or already training but want sharper technique, this class is for you.

At CR Fitness, you will not just be left to guess your way through it. You will be coached by qualified and experienced Olympic Weightlifting and powerlifting Coach with years of experience teaching people how to move, lift, and perform better.

Good coaching matters. Technique matters. Standards matter.

Don’t settle for those comercial gym PTs who learn everything off TikTok 😅

Something massive is coming to CR Fitness.

On 31st August 2026, we are taking on Deadly 12 x 9.

The aim is simple, but savage:

Complete up to 9 Deadly Gym Races in 12 hours.

You can take part solo, as a pair, or as part of a relay team. You can attempt 1 race, 2 races, 3 races, or go full send and try all 9.

This is not an official race event. It is an unofficial challenge / race sim and a chance to be part of something that, as far as we know, has never been attempted before, it’s not about your time or the leaderboard, it’s about taking part and surviving.

Even better, all entry fees will be donated to Inclusive Movement CIC, helping us deliver accessible fitness, strength and rehabilitation sessions for people who need it most.

Pricing:
1 race: £30
Each additional race: +£5

That means you can take on as much or as little as you want.

This is going to be big.

Aurelia has only been coming to CR Fitness for a short time, but she’s already thrown herself straight in.

She’s been joining some of the adult classes with her dad, learning to lift weights, building confidence, and absolutely loving it.

What makes it even better is seeing how warmly she’s been welcomed by everyone in the gym.

This is what CR Fitness is all about.

To celebrate Trooping the Colour, this month’s challenge is all about heart rate.

Next challenge is simple:

Accumulate as much time in Zone 5 as possible during your workouts.

The harder you push, the more time you bank.

Prizes will be awarded to the members who spend the most time in the red zone during the week, and there’s going to be some fun workouts this week to help you push even harder 🙌🫠

Time to see who’s willing to suffer for it.

Turn up. Push hard. Win.

We have a few HR monitors left in stock if you want to get involved, none of those overpriced myzone ones 😂.
