Classes will run as normal on Wednesday and Friday this week. Reminder that there is no class on Thursday at Leasingham (bet you're all secretly pleased! 😜😜🌞🥵🥵)

I'm hoping that we will be ok being before midday. Heckington hall is typically always cool anyway luckily. Winchelsea Centre, I will have all my fans and open all the doors, but you all like a good natter so we don't go fast anyway! 🤣😉

Feel free to bring your own fans. The more the merrier! 🥶🥶🥵🥵

Also please let me know if you don't want to attend and I will reconsider running classes if numbers are going to be low!

Back to work tomorrow with St Andrews church seated exercise at 10.30am, after a lovely hot week away in Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight! Lots of museums, beaches, ice cream and a hovercraft! 🍦🍧☀️
