I know it's only September but I'm getting organised for the big C word! I'm pleased to announce that the 2 charities I have chosen to support this year through our Christmas party raffle will be Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Ambulance and The Stroke Association.

Lincolnshire Air Ambulance are currently fundraising to purchase a second helicopter. In Lincolnshire we all live very rurally, and personally with me living on a farm, I know how vitally important the work of the Air Ambulance crew is.

I have also chosen The Stroke Association, (as suggested by my lovely Heckington class,) because over the years, a number of my clients have been affected by stroke, either directly or indirectly, including very sadly, this year. 😪

Raffle tickets will be on sale from mid October. If anyone has any prizes lurking around they would like to donate, please bring them to class. 🙏💕

Oh my goodness what a shock 😱😢😢 We love a bit of Dolly Parton in our classes 😔😔 The world will be a less interesting place without her in it 😢😢 May she rest in peace 🙏

In a statement confirming her death, the singer's team says she will be remembered as an "inspiration" and for her "wit, warmth, and kindness".

Told you it would rain during my week off...🤣🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Indoor play centres it is then! 🤣☔️🌧🌧 And maybe a spot of shopping and a cafe or 2! 😉😁😁

Well that's me signing off for a week! I'm so ready for a week off! 😴😴 It's been a long hot summer! 🥵🥵

I'm so grateful to everyone who continued to turn up every week, despite the hot weather that we've had consistently every week since May! 🥵🥵 I've not been sat by myself in any of the halls, even on the hottest days! Advantages of morning classes! 😁😁

Classes resume from Wednesday 2nd September.
