If you found my page recently and want to start coming to class but are unsure which one is for you please use this video to give yourself an idea.
Each class is a different level.
We all have different levels of fitness and mobility.
Find the class that realistically suits your body right now; yoga is for everybody, but we do need to find the right level class for ourselves in order to discover yoga in the first place.

This summer in level1+ classes we are working with wild thing a lot- we’re always going via side plank and a goal is smooth breathwork- moving through the poses with the breath and sustaining that steady count for even inhales and even exhales. Without explosive breathing at the end, and without so much straining we feel like we can’t breathe within the process.

I’ve put up a new YouTube class it’s a 40 minute session reflecting the theme for this week; strength.
This one’s suitable for level 1-2, if you’ve just started practicing with me and want to try the video -skip the vinyasas and remove downward dog if you’ve not developed that steady strength to hold it as often as I do here, head to table and take breaks when you need to. 🙏🙂
