The best part of this job isn’t really the treatment itself, it’s seeing someone leave feeling more confident, more comfortable, and more in control of their body than when they arrived 🤍

Out of office for some time off next week, before my end of year uni exams at the weekend 🥰

My work phone will be off and left at home so calls and texts will not be replied to. I will stay logged onto my social media, so Instagram and Facebook, to keep an eye on messages on these platforms, but I will not actively post and engage.

If you’re one of my clients, you’ll know I often do run a couple minutes late 🫣 but I must say, I have NEVER, EVER regretted spending those extra minutes re assuring you. Whether it’s from giving you more advice, or hearing about your plans for the rest of the day, I’d rather run late than regret rushing you out the door.

This model ain’t for every therapist or patient, but it works for me and it certainly works for you guys. So thank you 🙏
