We train on a Monday from 5.15pm until 6.45pm at the Pavilion in Saxilby by the football pitches. We are trying a Friday from 5pm until 6pm.

Yet another great night at Kaigun karate dojo, learning to relax that tension doesn’t help us. Plenty of bag hitting to prove the theory.
Thank you to the Saxilby Sports Hub for accepting Kaigun Dojo into the hub. Karate journey keeps rolling along.

So I wondered why I was in so much pain in my big toe, I have an infection needing antibiotics, so I have been deaf and losing my balance, now I have a bad toe. ☹️☹️
