Next casual morning run Thursday 14th Aug 0630 meet at Branston Village Hall car park.
Who fancies it? 3-5km for any ability. Can be a run/walk for those just starting out and wanting some motivation.

I promise it feels better being in the outdoors with people to talk to than on a treadmill in the gym.

Is there anyone who would like to help with the organising?

Thinking of doing Thursday evenings and maybe one weekend a month?

Remember this is just people meeting up, not a "running club".
No one is trained.

It would just require someone with knowledge of the area and can plan a route to suit the level of people turning up.

Normally a 3-5km loop from the village hall.

How do we feel about getting these back up and running (no pun intended)
Either continue to only meet at Branston or rotate around heighington, Branston and washingborough meets?!

Previous runs were normally around 3-5km for all levels. Some run/ walk. Some run with the option to add a slightly longer distance for those who want to go further.

Running club tonight mught be a bit quiet with people wanting to watch the football instead.
Obviously if people still want to go and see if anyone turns up then I hope you enjoy the run.
Louise and Becky can't make it.
