Please can all parents, carers, and guardians of children who attend Quest Taekwondo Lincoln add themselves to the group chat if they have not already done so.

The group chat is one of the main ways we communicate important information and any last minute notices. It helps ensure that everyone receives the same information quickly and efficiently.
We understand that not everyone uses social media regularly, so the group chat allows us to keep all families informed and up to date, regardless of whether they see our social media posts.

Flexibility and strength Sparring techniques Trial matches 10am to 1pm, bring drinks and snacks.We have lots of body protectors and head guards to borrow if required.Gum Shield is needed if you are taking part

Everyone enjoyed training at Pen*stone this morning with Eva Sandersen Poomsae world champion.
The technical ability displayed was incredible and the children have been truly inspired!
A big thank you for Quest HQ and Mike for hosting this event.
