What is a performance profile?

Performance profiling will be used to identify and develop specific fitness-related, skill-related and technical attributes of an individual in order to enhance their sports performance.

How does the 10 week development plan work?
- Week 1- Involves a series of tests to assess your performance levels
- weeks 2-9- Involves a personalised set of sessions to help you reach your targets
- week 10- Final tests to see your improvements
